The hotel boasts beautiful views of Lake Toya and offers a fun onsen experience, though the room was quite hot and the luggage situation cumbersome. The buffet meals were plentiful, but at times, the dining area felt crowded with little vegetarian options available.

My partner and I loved our stay at Manseikaku Hotel. The breathtaking lake view from our room, along with the mesmerizing fireworks at night, truly made our experience special. Although the buffet could have been better, the rooftop onsen provided perfect relaxation after our day of exploring.

The onsen was top notch, the view from the open-air bath is breathtaking. Plus, when I mentioned the issues with the air conditioning, the staff went above and beyond, offering me extra fans without me even asking.

It was just an excellent fit for a swift stopover in Toyako with incredible value for money. The view of the lake was breathtaking, especially during the fireworks at night, which my kids loved. Be prepared for smaller bathrooms. they can feel a bit cramped.

I booked a Twin Room with Lake View but was disappointed to be assigned to the first floor. The view was obstructed, and I couldn't enjoy the scenic beauty as expected. The staff was unhelpful and didn't accommodate my request to change rooms. Paying for a lake view but getting such a poor location felt unjust.

i had a lovely stay at manseikaku hotel lakeside terrace. the room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of lake toya. the breakfast and dinner options were fabulous, especially if you choose the half-board. i also appreciated the small library on the ground level for some quiet time.
